The UMC All-In-One Application

As a group, we set out to create a central source of information on the University Memorial Center. My team and I researched potential users through a survey to learn more about what they were looking for in an app. We took their input and designed prototypes to test functionality and discoverability. We used personas to mimic a specific user and their needs to test whether our app accommodated all perspectives. We devised user flow diagrams to mimic how our personas would use our app. Lastly, we tested our prototypes using volunteers to identify pain points within our app.
